[Abstract] Objective: To observe the clinical effect of dydrogesterone tablets on dysmenorrhea patients with endometriosis and its influence on negative emotions. Methods: from January 2018 to December 2020, 90 patients with dysmenorrhea due to endometriosis were randomly divided into observation group (45 cases were treated with letrozole tablets and dedrogesterone tablets) and control group (45 cases were treated with letrozole tablets). The visual analogue scale (VAS), Chinese version of Cox dysmenorrhea symptom scale (CMSs), negative emotion score, inflammatory factor level, clinical symptoms and signs were evaluated Sex hormone level, clinical effective rate. Results: (1) before treatment, there was no significant difference in VAS score, CMSs score, negative emotion score, inflammatory factor level and sex hormone level between the two groups (P > 0.05); After 6 months of treatment, the VAS score, CMSs score, inflammatory factor level and sex hormone level of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P < 0.05)( 2) In terms of clinical efficiency, the observation group (97.78%) was better than the control group (82.22%), P < 0.05. Conclusion: the treatment of patients with Endometriosis Dysmenorrhea with dydrogesterone tablets can improve the inflammatory state and sex hormone levels, relieve the degree of dysmenorrhea and reduce negative emotions, which is worthy of promotion.
