Objective To explore the effect of positive case management mode and general treatment mode on the curative effect and outcome of schizophrenia patients. Method Using the international classification of diseases (10) in September 2016 to January 2018 during the hospitalization with into the group and exclude standards of 164 cases of female patients with schizophrenia, grouped according to individual apiration, the active case management mode group 82 examples, common diagnosis mode group 82 cases, no difference between the two groups of general information, 12 weeks after treatment to evaluate the diagnosis and treatment effect, is any difference between two groups. Results ①There was no significant difference between the two groups (t=0.29,p=0.77).②The quality of life in the intervention group was better than that in the control group (t=2.83,p=0.01).③The length of hospital stay in the intervention group was less than that in the control group (t=-2.25,p=0.03).(4) Fluctuation rate of symptoms or hospitalization rates again in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group (X2=7.05, p=0.01;X2 = 13.13, p = 0.00).Conclusion Active case management mode can shorten the length of hospital stay, improve the quality of life and outcomes of patients.
