摘要	精神分裂症阴性症状具有明显的特征，是精神分裂症的核心症状之一，严重影响患者的生活及预后。其病因机制复杂, 可能与神经生物学、内分泌、免疫炎症等有关，但目前对精神分裂症患者阴性症状的病因和发生机制尚不明确, 评价标准不一, 治疗效果欠佳。本文就精神分裂症阴性症状的病因及治疗进展做一综述，以期为今后的相关研究提供一定的参考。
Abstract	【Abstract】Negative symptoms of schizophrenia have obvious characteristics and are one of the core symptoms of schizophrenia, which seriously affect the life and prognosis of patients. The etiology and mechanism are complex, which may be related to neurobiology, endocrine, immune inflammation.So far, the etiology and mechanism of negative symptoms in patients with schizophrenia remain unclear, the evaluation criteria are different, and the treatment effect is not good. This article reviews the etiology and treatment progress of negative symptoms of schizophrenia, in order to provide some reference for related research in the future.
