【摘要】探讨焦虑对冠脉CT扫描成功率及冠状动脉血管成像质量的影响。方法 本研究对象为2018年2月-2020年2月我院100例接受冠脉CT扫描患者，检查前采用医院焦虑抑郁量表(HADS)焦虑分量表（HAD-A）评估患者焦虑情绪，并设为焦虑组与非焦虑组，比较两组患者冠脉CT扫描成功率、检查时心率以及冠状动脉血管成像质量。结果 100例接受冠脉CT扫描患者合并焦虑52例，无焦虑情绪48例；焦虑组冠脉CT扫描成功率显著低于非焦虑组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；焦虑组心率显著高于非焦虑组，冠状动脉血管成像质量评级显著低于非焦虑组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 冠脉CT扫描患者普遍存在焦虑情绪，且焦虑会影响冠脉CT扫描成功率，其机制可能为心率增加影响冠状动脉血管成像质量。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective To explore the influence of anxiety on the success rate of coronary CT scan and the quality of coronary angiography. Methods A total of 100 patients undergoing coronary CT scans in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2020 were selected as the study subjects. Before the examination, the hospital anxiety and depression scale (HADS) anxiety subscale (HAD-A) were used to assess the patient’s anxiety. They were set as the anxiety group and the non-anxiety group. The success rate of coronary CT scan, heart rate during examination and the quality of coronary angiography between the two groups of patients were compared. Results 100 patients undergoing coronary CT scan with 52 cases of anxiety, 48 cases of no anxiety.The success rate of coronary CT scan in the anxiety group was significantly lower than that in the non-anxiety group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The heart rate of the anxiety group was significantly higher than that of the non-anxiety group, and the coronary angiography quality rating was significantly lower than that of the non-anxiety group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Coronary CT scan patients generally have anxiety, and anxiety will affect the success rate of coronary CT scans. The mechanism may be that the increase in heart rate affects the quality of coronary angiography.
