[Abstract] Objective To analyze the effects of EEG biofeedback relaxation combined with estazolam treatment in patients with sudden tinnitus combined with sleep disorders, and the effect on sleep quality and bad mood. Methods A total of 168 patients with sudden tinnitus combined with sleep disorders admitted to our hospital from 2019.06 to 2021.06 were selected and grouped according to the random number table method. 84 patients in the drug group were given estazolam orally, and 84 patients in the combination group increased EEG Biofeedback relaxation therapy, comparing the mental state, sleep quality, EEG Alpha wave frequency and clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients. Results Before treatment, the Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) score, Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) score, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score, and EEG Alpha wave frequency were not statistically significant in the combination group and the drug group (P >0.05); After 8 weeks of treatment, the HAMA score, HAMD score, PSQI score, and Alpha wave frequency in the two groups were all lower than before treatment. The HAMA score, HAMD score, PSQI score, and Alpha wave frequency in the combined group were all lower than those in the drug group. Higher efficacy than drug group(P<0.05). Conclusion EEG biofeedback relaxation combined with estazolam can effectively eliminate the unhealthy mental state of patients with sudden tinnitus combined with sleep disorders, regulate brain waves, improve patients sleep quality, and promote disease outcome.
