【摘要】探究帕罗西汀辅助治疗烧伤患者的效果及对血小板5-羟色胺（5-HT）水平的影响。方法 选取我院2020年3月-2021年3月期间收治的96例烧伤患者，根据随机数字表法分组。两组均给予常规烧伤治疗，对照组48例给予心理干预，观察组48例联合帕罗西汀联合治疗，对比患者焦虑抑郁情绪：汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)；创面愈合情况：血小板5-HT水平、血小板计数、创面愈合时间；炎症因子：血清TNF-α、IL-6水平；不良反应。结果：两组不良反应无统计学意义（P>0.05）；治疗后观察组HAMD、HAMA、TNF-α、IL-6、创面愈合时间低于对照组，血小板5-HT、血小板计数水平高于对照组，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论：帕罗西汀对烧伤患者辅助治疗，可有效调节血小板5-HT水平，缩短创面愈合时间，降低机体炎症反应和焦虑抑郁程度，安全性高。

| Abstract |
【 Abstract 】 Objective To investigate the effect of paroxetine in the adjuvant treatment of burn patients and the effect on platelet 5-ht level. Methods a total of 96 burn patients admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected and grouped according to random number table method. Conventional burn treatment was given to both groups, 48 patients in the control group were given psychological intervention, and 48 patients in the observation group were given combined treatment with paroxetine. Anxiety and depression of patients were compared: Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD), Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA); Wound healing: platelet 5-HT level, platelet count, wound healing time; Inflammatory factors: serum TNF-α and IL-6 levels; Adverse reactions. Results: There was no statistical significance in adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, HAMD, HAMA, TNF-α, IL-6 and wound healing time in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, while platelet 5-HT and platelet count levels were higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: Paroxetine can effectively regulate platelet 5-HT level, shorten wound healing time, reduce inflammation and anxiety and depression in burn patients with high safety.
