[摘要]:研究高职教育来华留学生心理资本在核心自我评价及学习适应性间的中介作用。方法 采用便利抽样的方法选取湖南省四所示范性高职院校88名来华留学生,采用高职大学生学习适应性量表、心理资本问卷及核心自我评价量表进行调研。结果 高职来华留学生学习适应性得分为(141.45±17.06)分,心理资本得分为(116.42±15.92)分,核心自我评价得分为(33.18±5.97)分;3个变量之间相关系数为0.582-0.757之间;心理资本在核心自我评价和学习适应性之间起中介作用(Z=3.03, P<0.01),心理资本、核心自我评价、学习适应性三者之间的交互项共同解释学习适应性变异的99.3% 。结论 心理资本、核心自我评价是学习适应性的影响因素,心理资本不仅直接影响学习适应性,也是核心自我评价和学习适应性的中介因素,核心自我评价还可以通过心理资本间接影响学习适应性;高职院校管理者可通过提高来华留学生的心理资本和核心自我评价来提高其学习适应性。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective To investigate the intermediating effect of psychological capital on core self-evaluation and learning adaptability of foreign students in Higher Vocational Colleges. Methods Totally 88 diploma Educational foreign students from three demonstrative higher vocational colleges in Hunan Province were investigated by using Learning adaptability scale of vocational college students (VCSLAS), positive psychological capital questionnaire (PPQ) and Core Self-Evaluations Scale, (CSES). Results The scores of VCSLAS, PPQ and CSES were 141.45±17.06, 116.42±15.92 and 33.18±5.97 respectively. The correlation coefficients among the three variables ranged from 0.582-0.757. Psychological capital played a mediating role between core self-evaluation and learning adaptability (Z=3.03, P<0.01). Both of the two variables and the interaction of psychological capital, core self-evaluation and learning adaptability jointly explained 99.3% of the total variation in learning adaptability. Conclusion Psychological capital and core self-evaluation are the influencing factors of learning adaptability. Psychological capital can not only directly affect learning adaptability, but also is the intermediating factor of core self-evaluation and psychological capital. The core self-evaluation can indirectly affect learning adaptability through psychological capital. The managers of higher vocational colleges should take relevant measures to improve the psychological capital and core self-evaluation of the foreign students to improve their learning adaptability according to the research results.
