摘要
【目的】探明穴盘育苗对叶用芥菜幼苗质量的影响机制,筛选适宜机械化移栽的育苗技术体系,为叶用芥菜标准化育苗及品种选育提供试验依据。【方法】以华容大叶芥菜(T1)、紫脉芥菜(T2)、华芥11号(T3)为材料,系统比较穴盘育苗与苗床育苗30d苗龄幼苗的生长特性,通过测定农艺性状(叶片数、叶长宽、茎粗、株高、根长)、生物量指标(全株鲜/干质量、根冠比)及壮苗性能(移栽成活率、壮苗指数)等14项参数,开展双因素方差分析。【结果】育苗方式对幼苗生长具有显著调控效应:穴盘苗根系指标显著优于苗床苗,其中根长增加60.85%~72.51%,根干质量提升16.79%~22.70%,根冠比提高65.67%~82.31%;移栽成活率(提高2.28%~2.57%)和壮苗指数(增加10.11%~24.92%)显著提升。而苗床苗地上部生长优势明显,叶长、叶宽、株高、茎粗生物量等指标较穴盘苗高2.22%~71.25%。品种比较显示,T3各指标均显著优于T1和T2,其穴盘苗壮苗指数达0.401,较T1、T2分别提高18.99%和31.48%。【结论】穴盘育苗通过促进根系发育和优化根冠比,显著提升幼苗抗逆性与移栽适应性,其中华芥11号因杂种优势表现出最佳育苗效果。这表明穴盘育苗技术可满足机械化栽培对幼苗质量的特殊要求,推荐作为叶用芥菜标准化育苗的优选方案。
Abstract
【Objective】This study aims to clarify the mechanism by which plug seedling rearing affects the seedling quality of leafy mustard (Brassica juncea) and to identify a suitable technical system for mechanical transplantation, providing theoretical support for standardized seedling rearing and variety selection. 【Method】Using three varieties—Huarong Large-leaf Mustard ( T1), Purple-veined Mustard (T2), and Huajie No. 11 (T3)—the growth characteristics of 30-day-old seedlings under plug and bed seedling rearing were systematically compared. Fourteen parameters were measured, including agronomic traits (leaf number, leaf length / width, stem diameter, plant height, root length), biomass indices (whole-plant fresh / dry weight, root-to-shoot ratio), and strong seedling performance (transplanting sur- vival rate, seedling vigor index). A two-way ANOVA was performed to assess interactive effects. 【Re- sult】The seeding rearing method significantly regulated seedling growth: plug seedlings exhibited superior root development, with root length increased by 60. 85% - 72. 51% , root dry weight enhanced by 16. 79% -22. 70% , and root-to-shoot ratio elevated by 65. 67% -82. 31% compared to bed seedlings. Transplant survival rates (increased by 2. 28% -2. 57% higher) and seedling vigor indices (increased by 10. 10% - 24. 92% greater ) were also significantly improved. Conversely, bed seedlings showed dominant aboveground growth, with leaf length / width, plant height, stem diameter and biomass exceeding plug seedlings by 2. 22% -71. 25% . The comparison of varieties showed that the indexes of T3 were significantly better than those of T1 and T2, and the seedling index of plug seedlings was 0. 401, which was 18. 99% and 31. 48% higher than that of T1 and T2, respectively. 【Conclusion】Plug seedling cultivation can significantly enhances stress resistance and transplant adaptability through optimized root development and root-to-shoot coordination. Huajie No. 11 exhibits the best performance due to heterosis. This study confirms that plug seedling rearing technology meets the stringent quality requirements for me- chanical cultivation and is recommended as the optimal standardized protocol for leafy mustard produc- tion.
