摘要
【目的】本研究旨在探究3种生物菌对萝卜软腐病的防治效果,以期为萝卜绿色科学栽培提供依据。【方法】以白玉春萝卜为研究对象,采用多黏类芽孢杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、不吸水链霉菌3种生物菌分别设3种施药量、3种施药方式和2种施药次数,测定萝卜软腐病发病率并进行方差分析,以研究生物菌对萝卜软腐病的防治效果。【结果】3种生物菌对萝卜软腐病防治效果为多黏类芽孢杆菌>枯草芽孢杆菌>不吸水链霉菌,发病率平均值分别为对照组的26.40%、27.79%、37.50%,且施用量越大效果越显著。生物菌施用方式中撒施和浇施明显优于喷雾,其中多黏类芽孢杆菌撒施和浇施后的萝卜发病率小于2%。药剂施用次数无显著差异。【结论】多黏类芽孢杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌对萝卜软腐病防治效果稳定,多黏类芽孢杆菌的建议施用量为500~800g/667m2,枯草芽孢杆菌的施用量为200~300g/667m2,推荐和有机肥混合撒施或穴施,可一次多施,以节约人工成本。
Abstract
【Objective】This study aims to explore the control effect of three biological bacteria on radish soft rot, in order to provide a basis for green and scientific cultivation of radish. 【Method】Taking Baiyuchun radish as the research object, three types of biological bacteria, namely Bacillus polymyxa, Bacillus subtilis, and Streptomyces nonabsorbent, were used to determine the incidence of radish soft rot with three different application amounts, three application methods, and two application times. Variance analysis was conducted to study the control effect of biological bacteria on radish soft rot. 【Result】The control effect of three kinds of biological bacteria on radish soft rot was B. polymyxa>B. subtilis>Strepto- myces nonabsorbent, and the incidence rate was 26. 40% , 27. 79% , and 37. 50% of the control group, respectively. The greater the application amount increased, the more significant the effect was. The ap- plication of biological bacteria by spreading and watering was significantly better than that by spray, and the incidence rate of radish after the spreading and watering of B. polymyxa was less than 2% . There was no significant difference in the frequency of drug application. 【Conclusion】B. polymyxa and Bacillus subtilis had stable control effects on radish soft rot. The recommended application rate for B. polymyxa and B. subtilis was 500 ~ 800 g / 667 m2 and 200 ~ 300 g / 667 m2, respectively. It was recommended to mix with organic fertilizer for spraying or hole applications to save labor costs and allow for multiple appli- cations at once.
