摘要
【目的】研究青牛胆的光合特性对遮阴的响应,找到适宜青牛胆生长的光照强度,以期为青牛胆高效栽培提供理论依据。【方法】选取2年生青牛胆幼苗为材料,在林下进行70%~90%(对照)、50%~70%(轻度遮阴,T1)、30%~50%(中度遮阴,T2)、10%~30%(重度遮阴,T3)四个不同透光处理,对青牛胆的光合特性进行研究。【结果】青牛胆在50%~70%(轻度遮阴,T1)的透光率下生长最优,且没有“光合午休”现象,同时水分利用率较高为9.69μmol/(m2·s)、表观量子效率较高,为0.082;蒸腾速率较低,日均值为0.71μmol/(m2·s)。【结论】适度的遮阴能增强青牛胆的光合作用,且青牛胆的叶绿素含量也随遮阴度的加深而提高,表明其对光照的适应性较强。
Abstract
【Objective】It is to study the response of photosynthetic characteristics of Tinospora sagit- tata (Oliv. ) Gagnep. to shading, and to find the suitable light intensity for the growth of Tinospora sagit- tata (Oliv. ) Gagnep. in order to provide a theoretical basis for its efficient cultivation. 【Method】The photosynthetic characteristics of Tinospora sagittata (Oliv. ) Gagnep. were studied and tested under the forest by 4 different light transmission treatments of 70% -90% , 50% -70% , 30% -50% and 10% - 50% . 【Result】The results showed that the growth of Tinospora sagittata (Oliv. ) Gagnep. was the best under 50% -70% light transmittance, and there was no “ photosynthetic lunch break” phenomenon, while it exhibited a relatively high water use efficiency of 9. 69 μmol/ (m2·s), an apparent quantum ef- ficiency of 0. 082, and a low transpiration rate with an average daily value of 0. 71 μmol/ ( m2 ·s). 【Conclusion】Moderate shading could enhance the photosynthesis of Tinospora sagittata (Oliv. ) Gagnep. and its chlorophyll content also increased with the deepening of shading, indicating that it had strong a- daptability to light.
