前列腺汤加减治疗慢性前列腺炎的疗效观察与护理

| 摘要 |
分析前列腺汤加减治疗慢性前列腺炎的疗效观察与护理效果。方法 抽选2019年1月至2020年4月在本院就诊的60例慢性前列腺炎患者，双盲法将患者划入参照组与实验组（n=30）。参照组服用西药治疗且予以常规护理，实验组使用前列腺汤加减治疗，辅以综合护理，对比患者的治疗效果及生活质量评分。结果 参照组病人的症状好转率是83.33%，实验组病人的症状好转率是96.67%，差距对比有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。实验组病人的心理状态、社会状态、精神状态及疼痛评分均相对较高，优于参照组（P＜0.05）。结论 前列腺汤加减治疗慢性前列腺炎与综合护理，可有效改善患者的症状，提升患者的生活质量，适合于临床推广。

| Abstract |
Objective: To analyze the curative effect and nursing effect of prostatic Decoction in the treatment of chronic prostatitis. Methods: 60 patients with chronic prostatitis in our hospital from January 2019 to April 2020 were selected and divided into control group and experimental group(n=30)by double-blind method.The control group was treated with western medicine and routine nursing,while the experimental group was treated with modified prostate decoction,supplemented by comprehensive nursing. Results: the improvement rate of symptoms in the reference group was 83.33%,and that in the experimental group was 96.67%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of psychological state,social state,mental state and pain in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: prostatic Decoction in the treatment of chronic prostatitis and comprehensive nursing, can effectively improve the symptoms of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,suitable for clinical promotion.
