独立学院是我国高等教育的重要组成部分，在全球化时代的浪潮中，能够顺应趋势，积极大胆进行国际化创新探索和人才培养模式改革。文章以北京工业大学耿丹学院为例，对目前独立学院国际化办学现状与发展战略进行探析。

| Abstract |
Independent college is an important part of Chinas higher education. In the tide of globalization, it can carry out international innovation exploration actively and implement the reformation of talent training mode boldly. This article takes Gengdan Institute of Beijing University of Technology as an example, which analyzes the current situation and development strategy of the internationalization of independent colleges.
