| 摘要 |
伴随着社会的发展与进步，我国的科学技术水平也在不断进步。在中小学的日常教育过程会中也开设相关的课程，计算机基础作为计算机基本操作能力，是当代中小学生必须要掌握的一项技能。鉴于此，本文笔者将从计算机教学目标、计算机基础课程教学中存在的问题以及计算机基础课程教学的改革实践这三个方面进行探析。

| Abstract |
With the development and progress of society, the level of science and technology in our country is also constantly improving. Relevant courses are also offered in the daily education process of elementary and middle schools. Computer basics, as the basic computer operation ability, is a skill that contemporary elementary and middle school students must master. In view of this, the author of this article will analyze the three aspects of computer teaching goals, the problems in the teaching of basic computer courses, and the reform and practice of basic computer courses.
