【摘要】 研究老年耐药性肺结核（Drug-resistant tuberculosis，DR-TB）患者应对方式、负性情绪调查及两者的相关性分析。方法 选取并研究2021年1月至2023年1月在我院收治的80例肺结核（Tuberculosis，TB）患者，依据所收治TB患者情况，分为单纯TB组（n=45）和DR-TB组（n=35），同时另选取同期于我院体检中心体检的健康者设为对照组（n=50）。记录三组研究对象的积极应对方式评分和消积应对方式评分，观察三组研究对象抑郁自评量表（Self-rating depression Scale，SDS）和焦虑自评量表（Self-rating anxiety scale，SAS）的评分，并采用Pearson相关性分析DR-TB患者应对方式与负性情绪的关系。结果 三组研究对象积极应对方式评分比较，对照组＞单纯TB组＞DR-TB组；消极应对方式评分比较，对照组＜单纯TB组＜DR-TB组（P＜0.05）；三组研究对象SDS评分、SAS评分比较，对照组＜单纯TB组＜DR-TB组（P＜0.05）；相关性分析显示，积极应对方式与SDS评分、SAS评分呈负相关，消积应对方式与SDS评分、SAS评分呈正相关（P＜0.05）。结论 老年DR-TB患者存在明显的消积应对方式和负性情绪，且两者存在相关性，需要临床给予高度重视。

| Abstract |
【Abstract】Objective To study the coping style, negative emotion survey and correlation analysis of elderly patients with drug-resistant tuberculosis (Drug-resistant tuberculosis,DR-TB).Methods A total of 80 tuberculosis(Tuberculosis,TB) patients admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and studied. According to the TB patients admitted, they were divided into simple TB group (n=45) and DR-TB group (n=35). Meanwhile, healthy subjects who underwent physical examination in the physical examination center of our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group (n=50).The positive coping style scores and negative coping style scores of the three groups were recorded.The scores of self-rating Depression Scale (Self-rating depression Scale,SDS) and self-rating Anxiety Scale (Self-rating anxiety scale,SAS) were observed in the three groups, and Pearson correlation was used to analyze the relationship between coping styles and negative emotions in DR-TB patients.Results The positive coping style scores of the three groups were compared, control group > simple TB group > DR-TB group; Comparison of negative coping style scores: control group < simple TB group < DR-TB group (P<0.05). SDS score and SAS score of the three groups were compared, control group < simple TB group < DR-TB group (P<0.05). Correlation analysis showed that positive coping style was negatively correlated with SDS score and SAS score, while negative coping style was positively correlated with SDS score and SAS score (P<0.05).Conclusion Elderly patients with DR-TB have obvious anti-accumulation coping styles and negative emotions, and the two are correlated, which needs clinical attention.
