【摘要】探究右佐匹克隆与睡眠集束化模式对高血压伴睡眠障碍患者的效果及对心理弹性、睡眠质量的影响。方法 选取我院2020年10月-2022年10月96例高血压伴睡眠障碍患者,根据抽签法分组。两组均给予常规降压治疗,对照组给予睡眠集束化模式干预,观察组48例增加右佐匹克隆治疗,对比两组血压:舒张压、收缩压水平;睡眠质量:匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)评分;心理弹性:汉密尔顿焦虑量表(Hamilton Anxiety Scale,HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(Hamilton Depression Scale,HAMD);认知功能:简易精神状况检查表(Brief Psychiatric Status Checklist,MMSE)、病理行为评分表(Pathological Behavior Scale,BEHA VE-AD )及不良反应。结果:治疗后两组患者MMSE、BEHA VE-AD评分、舒张压、收缩压水平、不良反应发生率均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组PSQI、HAMA、HAMD评分低于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:右佐匹克隆联合睡眠集束化模式对高血压伴睡眠障碍患者治疗,可有效改善血压水平和睡眠质量,降低负面情绪,提高认知功能,安全性高。
Abstract
[Abstract] Objective To explore the effects of dexzopiclone and sleep bundling mode on patients with hypertension and sleep disorders and their effects on mental resilience and sleep quality. Methods A total of 96 patients with hypertension and sleep disorders in our hospital from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected and divided into groups according to the lottery method. Both groups were given routine antihypertensive treatment, the control group was given sleep bundling mode intervention, and 48 cases in the observation group were treated with dexzopiclone. The blood pressure levels of the two groups were compared: diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure. Sleep quality: Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score; Psychological resilience: Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA), Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD); Cognitive function: Brief Psychiatric Status Checklist (MMSE), Pathological Behavior Scale (BEHA VE-AD) and adverse reactions. Results: After treatment, there was no statistical significance in MMSE, BEHA VE-AD score, diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure and incidence of adverse reactions in 2 groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the scores of PSQI, HAMA and HAMD in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: Dexzopiclone combined with sleep clustering mode can effectively improve blood pressure and sleep quality, reduce negative emotions, improve cognitive function, and have high safety in the treatment of patients with hypertension and sleep disorders.
