首发精神分裂症患者治疗前后血清炎症因子水平变化的分析

| 摘要 |
目的：观察首发精神分裂症患者治疗前后血清炎症因子水平变化。方法：选择于医院治疗的80例首发精神分裂症患者，2018年3月-2019年3月病例入组，记为探究组，选择同时期于本院体检的80例健康志愿者为参照组，治疗前、后检测探究组及参照组白细胞介素-6（interleukin-6，IL-6）、超敏C-反应蛋白（hypersensitive C-reactive protein，hs-CRP）、高迁移率族蛋白B1（high mobility group protein B1，HMGBl）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（tumor necrosis factor-α，TNF-α）水平，给予探究组患者阳性与阴性症状量表（positive and negative Symptom scales，PANSS）评价，通过Pearson法分析首发精神分裂症患者血清IL-6、hs-CRP、HMGBl、TNF-α水平与PANSS评分的相关性。结果：治疗前探究组患者血清IL-6、hs-CRP、HMGBl、TNF-α水平较参照组高；治疗后，探究组患者血清IL-6、hs-CRP、HMGBl、TNF-α水平、PANSS评分较治疗前低，首发精神分裂症患者血清炎性因子水平与PANSS评分呈正相关。结论：炎性因子高表达于首发精神分裂症患者，与PANSS评分呈正相关。

| Abstract |
Objective: To observe the changes of serum inflammatory cytokines in patients with first-episode schizophrenia before and after treatment.Method:A total of 80 patients with first-episode schizophrenia who received hospital treatment from March 2018 to March 2019 were enrolled as the exploration group, and 80 healthy volunteers who received physical examination in our hospital at the same time were selected as the reference group. The levels of interleukin-6 (IL-6), hypersensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), high mobility group protein B1 (HMGBl) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) were detected in the inquiry group and the reference group before and after treatment, and the positive and negative Symptom scales (PANSS) were evaluated in the inquiry group. The correlation between serum levels of IL-6, hs-CRP, HMGBl, TNF-α and PANSS score in patients with first-onset schizophrenia was analyzed by Pearson method.Results:Before treatment, serum levels of IL-6, hs-CRP, HMGBl and TNF-α in the exploration group were higher than those in the reference group; After treatment, serum levels of IL-6, hs-CRP, HMGBl, TNF-α and PANSS score in the exploration group were lower than those before treatment, and serum levels of inflammatory factors were positively correlated with PANSS score in patients with first-stage schizophrenia..Conclusions: Inflammatory factors were highly expressed in patients with first-episode schizophrenia, and were positively correlated with PANSS score.
