【摘要】目的：分析齐拉西酮+奥氮平治疗重症精神分裂症患者及对血清脑源性神经生长因子(brain-derived neurotrophic factor, BDNF)的影响。方法：本次研究对象来源于本院2020年1月至2023年1月住院的100例重症精神分裂症患者，根据抽签法分组（每组n=50），对比组接受奥氮平治疗，观察组接受齐拉西酮+奥氮平治疗，对比两组阳性和阴性症状量表(Positive and Negative Symptom Scale, PANSS)评分、临床疗效、血清神经生长因子 (nerve growth factor, NGF)、脑源性神经生长因子、不良反应总发生率。结果：观察组治疗后PANSS评分低于对比组，观察组临床总有效率（96.00%）高于对比组（72.00%），观察组治疗后血清NGF、BDNF均低于对比组，差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。不良反应总发生率观察组（10.00%）与对比组（6.00%）比较，P>0.05。结论：齐拉西酮+奥氮平可有效减轻重症精神分裂症患者精神症状，改善神经营养，且不良反应较少。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective: To analyze the effect of Ziprasidone+Olanzapine on serum brain derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) in patients with severe schizophrenia. Methods: The subjects of this study were 100 patients with severe schizophrenia hospitalized in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2023. They were divided into groups according to the drawing of lots (n=50 in each group). The control group received Olanzapine treatment, and the observation group received Ziprasidone+Olanzapine treatment. The positive and negative symptom scale (PANSS) scores, clinical efficacy, serum nerve growth factor (NGF) Brain derived nerve growth factor and overall incidence of adverse reactions. Result: After treatment, the PANSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the total clinical effective rate (96.00%) of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (72.00%). The serum NGF and BDNF of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions was compared between the observation group (10.00%) and the control group (6.00%), with P>0.05. Conclusion: Ziprasidone+Olanzapine can effectively alleviate the mental symptoms of patients with severe schizophrenia, improve neuronutrition, and have fewer adverse reactions.
