【摘要】探讨多发性抽动症(Tourettes syndrome, TS)患儿血清S100钙结合蛋白B(S100 Calcium Binding Protein B，S100B)、神经生长因子(nerve growth factor，NGF)水平及意义。方法 本研究观察对象为2022年1月到2023年1月96 例TS患儿以及50例一般资料配对的健康儿童，分别设为TS组、对照组。检测两组受试者血清S100B、NGF水平，比较不同严重程度TS患儿血清S100B、NGF水平以及血清指标水平与耶鲁抽动症整体严重度量表(Yale global tic severity scale，YGTSS)的相关性。结果 TS组血清S100B、NGF水平显著高于对照组，（P<0.05）；重度组组血清S100B、NGF水平以及YGTSS评分显著高于中度组以及轻度组，中度组显著高于轻度组，（P<0.05）；血清S100B、NGF水平与YGTSS评分具有正相关关系，（P<0.05）。结论 TS患儿血清S100B、NGF水平存在明显升高的情况，且S100B、NGF水平上升与抽动症严重程度密切相关。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective To investigate the levels and significance of serum S100 Calcium Binding Protein B (S100B) and nerve growth factor (NGF) in children with Tourettes syndrome (TS). Methods Ninety-six children with TS from January 2022 to January 2023 and 50 healthy children with paired general information were the subjects in this study, and set up as TS group and control group respectively. Serum S100B and NGF levels were measured in the subjects of both groups. The correlation between serum S100B and NGF levels and serum index levels and the Yale global tic severity scale (YGTSS) were compared in children with different severity of TS. Results Serum S100B and NGF levels were significantly higher in the TS group than in the control group (P<0.05). Serum S100B and NGF levels and YGTSS scores were significantly higher in the severe group than in the moderate group as well as in the mild group, and significantly higher in the moderate group than in the mild group (P<0.05). There was a positive correlation between serum S100B and NGF levels and YGTSS scores (P<0.05). Conclusion There was a significant increase in serum S100B and NGF levels in children with TS, and the increase in S100B and NGF levels was strongly correlated with the severity of tic disorder.
