[Abstract] Objective To explore the risk factors of mental disorders associated with glioma. Methods Ninety-four patients with glioblastoma from April 2020 to January 2023 were selected in the study. whether the patient has developed mental disorders was observed, and they were divided into the mental disorder group and non mental disorder group. The age, tumor location, pathological grading, other data of two groups of patients were compared, and with the occurrence of mental disorders as the dependent variable, data with significant differences between groups as the independent variable. Perform logistic regression analysis were carried out after assigning values. Results Ninety-four patients with glioma and 32 patients with concomitant mental disorders. There were statistically significant differences in age, tumor location, pathological grading, and tumor cortical relationship between the mental disorder group and the non mental disorder group (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in gender and educational level between groups (P>0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that the location of tumors in the frontal and temporal lobes is a risk factor for glioma accompanied by mental disorders. Conclusion The incidence of mental disorders in gliomas is relatively high, and tumors located in the frontal and temporal lobes can increase the risk of mental disorders.
