[Abstract] Objective: To explore the choice of recombinant human interferon in the treatment of chronic Cervicitis patients α- The value of 2b suppository combined with psychological and behavioral intervention, and the impact of this plan on patients life, sleep, and psychological status. Methods: 150 patients with chronic Cervicitis diagnosed from January 2021 to October 2022 were studied with EXCEL table. They were randomly divided into two groups, one receiving recombinant human interferon α- 2b suppository treatment (control group), one group receiving recombinant human interferon α- 2b suppository+psychological and behavioral intervention treatment (observation group). Calculate the clinical efficacy after treatment and compare the quality of life, sleep status, psychological state, and levels of inflammatory factors before and after treatment. Result: Compared with the control group, the clinical efficacy of 75 patients in the observation group increased after combined treatment (P<0.05); The sleep quality score, anxiety and depression score of the observation group decreased (P<0.05); The quality of life score of the observation group increased (P<0.05); The IL-6 and CRP levels in the observation group decreased (P<0.05). Conclusion: Recombinant human interferon should be selected in the treatment of chronic Cervicitis α- The combination of 2b suppository and psychological behavioral intervention measures can improve their psychological state, reduce the impact of the disease on the patients sleep quality, and by controlling the level of inflammatory factors in the body, can avoid recurrent disease attacks in the later stage, which affects the patients quality of life.
