[摘要] 探讨慢性精神分裂症合并抑郁患者抑郁程度与认知功能的相关性。方法 选取本院2020年1月～2023年1月收治的60例慢性精神分裂症合并抑郁患者纳为合并组，另选取30例精神分裂症患者纳为未合并组。检测并比较两组韦氏智力测验（WAIS）、威斯康星卡片分类测验（WCST）以及蒙特利尔认知评估量表（MoCA）评分，同时比较不同抑郁程度慢性精神分裂症患者基线资料（性别、年龄、受教育程度）及WAIS、WCST、MoCA评分，最后通过Spearman秩相关分析WAIS、WCST、MoCA评分与慢性精神分裂症患者抑郁程度的相关性。结果 未合并组FIQ、VIQ、PIQ、Cc、MoCA评分显著高于合并组，Re、Rpe低于合并组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。三组性别、年龄、受教育年限比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；FIQ、VIQ、PIQ、Cc、MoCA评分比较：轻度组＞中度组＞重度组，Re、Rpe比较：轻度组＜中度组＜重度组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 FIQ、VIQ、PIQ、Cc、MoCA评分与慢性精神分裂症患者抑郁程度呈负相关，Re、Rpe与慢性精神分裂症患者抑郁程度呈正相关，临床医师应对上述指标密切监测，以预测疾病发生与进展。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] 【Objective】 explore the correlation between depression level and cognitive function in patients with chronic schizophrenia and depression. 【Methods】 Sixty patients with chronic schizophrenia and depression admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the combined group, and another 30 patients with schizophrenia were selected as the non combined group. The scores of Wechsler intelligence test (WAIS), Wisconsin Card Sorting Test (WCST) and Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale (MoCA) were measured and compared between the two groups. At the same time, the baseline data (gender, age, education level) and WAIS, WCST, MoCA scores of chronic schizophrenia patients with different depression levels were compared. Finally, WAIS, WCST, MoCA scores were analyzed by Spearman rank correlation analysis The correlation between MoCA score and the degree of depression in patients with chronic schizophrenia. 【Results】 The scores of FIQ, VIQ, PIQ, Cc, and MoCA in the unmerged group were significantly with chronic schizophrenia. Clinicians should closely monitor these indicators to predict the occurrence and progression of the disease.
