摘要	抑郁障碍是一种危害身心健康的精神疾病，核心症状为心境低落、精力不足、快感缺失，重度抑郁患者伴自杀倾向，当前对于抑郁症病因研究尚不清楚。神经可塑性是多种原因引起的大脑结构改变，与多种疾病相关。神经可塑性失调在抑郁症中发挥了作用，其机制尚不明确。现就神经可塑性参与抑郁障碍发生的研究现状作一综述。
Abstract	Depression disorder is a kind of mental disease that endangers physical and mental health. The core symptoms are low mood, lack of energy and anhedonia. Patients with severe depression are accompanied by suicidal tendencies. Neuroplasticity is experience-induced structural changes in the brain that are associated with a variety of diseases. Dysregulation of neuroplasticity plays a role in depression, and the mechanism is still unclear. This article reviews the research status of neuroplasticity in depression disorder.
