【摘要】探讨分级心理护理对胃食管反流病（GERD）贲门松弛紧缩术后焦虑、抑郁情绪及反流症状的影响。方法 本研究对象为2020年1月~2022年3月我院82例GERD患者，均采用贲门松弛紧缩术治疗，数字表法随机分为两组，对照组采用常规护理，观察组在此基础上采用分级心理护理。评估两组护理前后汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）、抑郁自评量表（HAMD）、胃食管反流病问卷(GerdQ)。结果 两组护理后HAMA评分、HAMD评分均较护理前显著降低，且观察组护理后两项评分均显著低于对照组，（P<0.05）；两组护理后GerdQ问卷中烧心、反流、上腹部痛、恶心、睡眠障碍评分均较护理前显著降低，且观察组护理后GerdQ问卷各项评分均显著低于对照组，（P<0.05）。结论 分级心理护理能显著降低GERD贲门松弛紧缩术后焦虑、抑郁情绪，并有助于减轻反流症状。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of graded psychological nursing on anxiety, depression and reflux symptoms after cardiac relaxation and tightening in gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). Methods Eighty-two patients with GERD in our hospital from January 2020 to March 2022 were the subjects of this study, and all of whom were treated with cardiac relaxation and tightening. They were randomly divided into two groups by the digital table method.The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received graded psychological nursing on this basis. The Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA), Self-Rating Depression Scale (HAMD), and Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease Questionnaire (GerdQ) were evaluated in the two groups before and after nursing. Results The HAMA score and HAMD score in the two groups after nursing were significantly lower than those before nursing, and the two scores in the observation group after nursing were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of heartburn, regurgitation, epigastric pain, nausea, and sleep disturbance in the GerdQ questionnaire in the two groups after nursing were significantly lower than those before nursing, and the GerdQ questionnaire scores in the observation group after nursing were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Graded psychological nursing can significantly reduce anxiety and depression after cardiac relaxation and tightening in GERD, and help reduce reflux symptoms.
