[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of club-style humanistic care in the psychological nursing of elderly patients with chronic heart failure. Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with chronic heart failure from June 2020 to June 2022 were the subjects of this study, and randomly divided into two groups by digital table method. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care, while the patients in the observation group were given club-style humanistic care based on the control group. The Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA), Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD), and Minnesota Heart Failure Quality of Life Questionnaire (LiHFe) were evaluated before and after nursing in the two groups. The left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) was detected before and after nursing, and the 6-min walking distance (6MWD) was recorded. Results The LiHFe score, HAMA score and HAMD score of the two groups after nursing were significantly lower than those before nursing, and the observation group after intervention was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). The LVEF and 6MWD of the two groups after nursing were significantly higher than those before nursing, and the observation group after nursing was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Club-style humanistic care for the elderly with chronic heart failure psychological care can reduce anxiety and depression, improve the quality of life related to heart failure, and help improve heart function.
