[Abstract]Objective: To explore the effects of diversified interest induction based on preschool psychological characteristics on anxiety level, physiological stress response and recovery quality of children with bronchoscopic foreign body removal. Method: A total of 109 children with foreign body removal by fiberoptic bronchoscopy in our hospital from September 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the study subjects, and were divided into medical group and multivariate group by random number table method. In the medical group, 54 cases were given clinical diagnosis, treatment and nursing according to the conventional medical nursing work mode, and 55 cases in the multiple group were given diversified interest induction intervention according to the psychological characteristics of preschool children. The anxiety level, physiological stress response and anesthesia recovery quality of the two groups were compared. Results: SCAS and mYPAS scores in the two groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention, and those in the multiple groups were lower than those in the medical group (P<0.05). MAP and HR levels in both groups decreased gradually from induction to operation, and those in multiple groups were lower than those in medical group (P<0.05). PAED score, eye-opening time of exhalation and recovery time of spontaneous respiration in the multivariate group were lower than those in the medical group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Multiple interest induction based on preschool psychological characteristics can regulate the physiological stress response of children with foreign body removal under bronchoscope, improve anxiety level and improve the quality of recovery.
