[Abstract] Objective To explore the effects of psychological-behavioral induction on compliance and adverse emotions in children undergoing fiberoptic bronchoscopy. Methods A total of 80 children who underwent fiberoptic bronchoscopy from January 2021~November 2021 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according the digital table method. The control group was given routine nursing care, and the observation group was given psychological-behavior dual-dimensional induction on the basis of the control group. The adverse emotions such as the Childrens Medical Fear Scale (CMFS), the Self-rating Anxiety Scale for Children (SCARED), inspection compliance and parent satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results After nursing, the CMFS and SCARED scores in both groups were significantly decreased, and the two scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after nursing (P<0.05). The inspection compliance rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); the parental satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Psychological-behavioral dual-dimensional induction can improve childrens compliance with fiberoptic bronchoscopy and parent satisfaction, and reduce negative emotions such as fear and anxiety before the examination.
