血清Hcy、CysC水平与癫痫患者抑郁及认知功能的相关性分析

【摘要】目的:探讨血清同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)、血清胱抑素 C (Cystatin C,CysC)与癫痫患者抑郁及认知功能的相关性分析。方法:将我院2022年1月至2023年1月期间收治的55例癫痫患者作为研究组,选取同一时间段至我院接受健康体检的53例体检者作为对照组,采用抑郁量表(Hamilton Depression Scale,HAMD)评价抑郁状态,采用蒙特利尔认知量表(Montreal Cognitive Assessment,MoCA)评估认知功能情况。观察两组血清Hcy、CysC水平、抑郁及认知功能情况,采用Spearman相关性分析抑郁与血清Hcy、CysC水平相关性,认知功能与血清Hcy、CysC水平相关性。结果:研究组血清Hcy、CysC水平均较对照组高(P<0.05);研究组HAMD 评分较对照组高,MoCA 评分较对照组低(P<0.05);Spearman相关性分析显示,HAMD评分与血清Hcy、CysC水平呈正相关(r=0.635、0.587,P<0.001);MoCA评分与血清Hcy、CysC水平呈负相关(r=-0.556、-0.514,P<0.001)。结论:癫痫患者血清Hcy、CysC水平比正常人更高,且抑郁情绪及认知功能障碍程度更严重,抑郁与血清Hcy、CysC水平呈正相关关系,认知功能与血清Hcy、CysC水平呈负相关关系。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective: To explore the correlation analysis between serum homocysteine (Hcy), cystatin C (CysC), depression, and cognitive function in epilepsy patients. Method: 55 epileptic patients admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study group, and 53 healthy individuals who underwent physical examinations at our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. Depression status was evaluated using the Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD), and cognitive function was evaluated using the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA). Observe the levels of serum Hcy and CysC, depression, and cognitive function in two groups, and use Spearman correlation analysis to analyze the correlation between depression and serum Hcy and CysC levels, as well as the correlation between cognitive function and serum Hcy and CysC levels. Result: The levels of serum Hcy and CysC in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05); The HAMD score of the study group was higher than that of the control group, while the MoCA score was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05); Spearman correlation analysis showed that HAMD score was positively correlated with serum Hcy and CysC levels (r=0.635, 0.587, P<0.001); The MoCA score was negatively correlated with serum Hcy and CysC levels (r=-0.556, -0.514, P<0.001). Conclusion: Epilepsy patients have higher serum Hcy and CysC levels than normal individuals, and their depressive mood and cognitive impairment are more severe. Depression is positively correlated with serum Hcy and CysC levels, while cognitive function is negatively correlated with serum Hcy and CysC levels.
