Objective: To investigate the effect of gratitude nursing combined with incentive nursing on anxiety and depression of patients after ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation. Methods A total of 110 patients accepting ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation for liver cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were divided into two groups according as per the random number table. 55 cases in control group were administrated with conventional clinical intervention, while 55 cases in study group received gratitude emotional nursing combined with incentive nursing intervention and based on the conventional clinical intervention. The anxiety, depression, hope level, coping style and quality of life of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention. Results: After the intervention, the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After intervention, the scores of each dimension of Herth Hope Level Scale (HHI) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). After the intervention, the score of "facing" in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the scores of "avoiding" and "yielding" in the observation group were lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). After the intervention, the scores of each dimension of CARES-SF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Gratitude emotional nursing combined with incentive nursing has significant effect on liver cancer patients after ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation, which can effectively relieve the anxiety and depression of patients, enhance the level of hope of patients, improve the coping style of patients and improve the quality of life of patients.
