【摘要】目的：探讨体外受精-胚胎移植（In-vitro fertilization and embryotr-ansfer，IVF-ET）反复种植失败患者创伤后应激障碍（Posttraumatic stress disorder，PTSD）的影响因素。方法：将我院2022年1月至2022年12月期间收治的75例IVF-ET反复种植失败患者作为研究对象，另选取同一时间段我院74例IVF-ET种植成功患者作为对照组，同时根据PTSD量表评分将IVF-ET反复种植失败患者分为非PTSD组（54例）和PTSD组（21例），观察比较研究组和对照组创伤后应激障碍及心理弹性情况；采用单因素及多因素Logistic回归分析IVF-ET反复种植失败患者PTSD的影响因素。结果：研究组PTSD评分较对照组高、心理弹性量表（connor-davidson resilience scale，CD-RISC）评分较对照组低(P<0.05)；非PTSD组与PTSD组在职业、文化程度、居住地方面比较无显著差异(P>0.05)，在抑郁量表(Self-rating depression scale，SDS)评分、焦虑量表（Self-Rating Anxiety Scale，SAS）评分、CD-RISC评分、内外向（intro verted and extroverted，E)量表评分方面比较存在显著差异(P<0.05)；多因素Logistic分析显示抑郁、焦虑、心理弹性差、性格内向是IVF-ET反复种植失败患者PTSD的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论：抑郁、焦虑、心理弹性差、性格内向是引起IVF-ET反复种植失败患者发生PTSD的相关影响因素。

| Abstract |
Abstract: Objective: To explore the influencing factors of post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) in patients with repeated implantation failures in in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer (IVF-ET). Methods: 75 patients with recurrent implantation failure of IVF-ET admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects, and 74 patients with successful implantation of IVF-ET in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. At the same time, patients with recurrent implantation failure of IVF-ET were divided into non PTSD group (54 cases) and PTSD group (21 cases) according to the PTSD scale score, and the post-traumatic stress disorder and psychological resilience of the study group and control group were observed and compared; Single factor and multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to investigate the influencing factors of PTSD in patients with repeated implantation failure of IVF-ET. Results: The PTSD score of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the scores on the Connor Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC) were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05); There was no significant difference (P>0.05) between the non PTSD group and the PTSD group in terms of occupation, education level, and place of residence. There was a significant difference (P<0.05) in the Self Rating Depression Scale (SDS) score, Self Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) score, CD-RISC score, and introverted and extroverted (E) scale score; Multivariate logistic analysis showed that depression, anxiety, poor psychological resilience, and introversion were independent influencing factors for PTSD in patients with repeated IVF-ET implantation failure (P<0.05). Conclusion: Depression, anxiety, poor psychological resilience, and introversion are relevant influencing factors for the occurrence of PTSD in patients with recurrent IVF-ET implantation failure.
