摘要
[摘要]探讨开展健康教育结合情景模拟访视对孕晚期初产妇心理情绪和分娩结局的影响。方法 选取2020年1月~2020年12月来我院进行分娩的120例初产妇作为研究对象,采用随机数字法分为观察组和对照组各60例,两组孕妇均接受常规产前体检及胎动监测护理,其中对照组孕妇均接受围生期常规孕检,观察组孕妇均在对照组基础上另接受孕晚期健康教育联合情景模拟访视干预。采用焦虑自评量表(Self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)、爱丁堡产后抑郁量表(Edinburgh postpartum depression scale,EPDS)对两组孕产妇干预前、产后6周后的心理情绪进行评价,比较两组产妇分娩结局情况及护理满意度。结果 观察组孕产妇干预后的SAS评分、EPDS评分均明显优于干预前及同期对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇自然分娩率93.33%明显高于对照组的73.33%,产后2h出血量较对照组明显降低,组内新生儿出生1min Apgar评分明显高于对照组,产妇护理总满意度较对照组明显提高,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 开展健康教育结合情景模拟访视能明显改善初产妇孕晚期的心理情绪,还能够显著改善产妇及新生儿的分娩结局。
Abstract
[Abstract] Objective To discuss the effect of health education in combination with pregnancy scenario interview on the psychological mood and birth outcome of primiparae of late pregnancy. Methods A total of 120 primiparae who gave birth in our hospital from January, 2020 to December, 2020 were selected as study subjects. They were divided into the observation group and control group using random number table with each group 60 cases. Primiparae of both groups received routine prenatal examinations and fetal movement monitoring nursing. All primiparae of the control group received routine prenatal pregnancy tests while all primiparae of the observation group received health education in combination with pregnancy scenario interview additionally on the basis of the control group. Self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and Edinburgh postpartum depression scale(EPDS) were used to evaluate the psychological mood of the primiparae of both groups before intervention and 6 weeks after delivery. The birth outcomes and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The SAS score and EPDS score of the observation group after intervention were significantly better than that before the intervention and that of the control group at the same period. The difference has statistical significance(P<0.05). The natural delivery rate 93.33% of the observation group was significantly higher than the 73.33% of the control group. The amount of bleeding 2h after delivery was significantly less than the control group. The Apgar score at 1min of the birth was significantly higher than that of the control group. The overall satisfaction of the maternal nursing was significantly improved compared to the control group. The difference is statistically significant(p<0.05). Conclusion The health education in combination with pregnancy scenario interview can greatly improve the psychological mood of the the primiparae, as well as the birth outcomes of the maternal and the neonatal.
