[Abstract] Objective: To explore the effects of estazolam tablets on psychological and emotional states, mental behavior states and postoperative sleep quality of patients after tibial plateau fracture. Methods: 105 patients with tibial plateau fracture in our department from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as research objects and divided into two groups according to random number table method. Fifty-two patients in the control group were treated with sufentanil, and 53 patients in the observation group were treated with Estazolam tablets. The psychological status, mental behavior status, sleep quality and postoperative complication rate of the two groups were compared. Results: After operation, the Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) and Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group; After surgery, the visual analogue scale (VAS) score and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality index (PSQI) score of observation group were lower than those of control group (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion: Estazolam tablets can improve the psychological and emotional level of patients with tibial plateau fracture after surgery, improve the sleep quality of patients after surgery, and reduce the pain degree of patients.
