【摘要】探讨奥氮平治疗精神分裂症对认知功能及血清炎性因子水平的影响。方法 纳入临汾市第五人民医院2020年1月至2023年2月共84例精神分裂症患者,按抽签法随机法分为两组,对照组41例,观察组43例。对照组采用利培酮治疗,观察组采用奥氮平治疗,均治疗12周。比较治疗前后阴性和阳性症状量表(positive and negative syndrome scale,PANSS)、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(montreal cognitive assessment,MoCA)以及血清炎性因子水平。结果 治疗后两组PANSS各项评分均显著低于治疗前,治疗后观察组显著低于对照组,(P<0.05);治疗后两组MoCA评分显著升高,血清白介素-6(interleakin-6,IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor- α,TNF-α)水平显著降低,且治疗后观察组MoCA评分高于对照组,血清炎性因子水平显著低于对照组,(P<0.05)。结论 奥氮平治疗精神分裂症能够获得显著的临床疗效,并且能够促进认知功能改善,可能与下调血清炎性因子水平有关。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effects of olanzapine treatment for schizophrenia on cognitive function and serum inflammatory factor levels. Methods A total of 84 patients with schizophrenia from January 2020 to February 2023 in the Fifth Peoples Hospital of Linfen City were included. They were divided into two groups according to the randomization method of lottery, 41 cases in the control group and 43 cases in the observation group. The control group was treated with risperidone and the observation group was treated with olanzapine, both for 12 weeks. The negative and positive syndrome scale (PANSS), Montreal cognitive assessment scale (MoCA) and serum inflammatory factor levels were compared before and after treatment. Results After treatment, all PANSS scores were significantly lower in both groups than before treatment, and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group after treatment (P<0.05). The MoCA score was significantly higher and the serum interleakin-6 (IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) levels were significantly lower in both groups after treatment, and the MoCA score was higher in the observation group and the serum inflammatory factor level was significantly lower than that in the control group after treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion Olanzapine treatment for schizophrenia was able to achieve significant clinical efficacy and promote improved cognitive function, possibly associated with downregulation of serum inflammatory factor levels.
