【摘要】探讨跌倒恐惧与老年终末期肾脏病患者负性情绪、衰弱的关系。方法 本研究纳入2020年1月-2021年12月84例老年终末期肾脏病患者，采用国际版跌倒效能量表（FES-I）进行跌倒恐惧心理评价，根据评价结果设为恐惧组与无恐惧组。比较两组患者焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）、Tilburg 衰弱量表（TFI），分析FES-I评分与SAS评分、SDS评分、TFI评分的相关性。结果 84例老年终末期肾脏病患者FES-I评分（23.38±4.92）分，其中恐惧组34例，无恐惧组50例；恐惧组SAS评分、SDS评分显著高于无恐惧组，（P<0.05）；恐惧组TFI量表躯体、心理、社会评分以及总分均显著低于无恐惧组，（P<0.05）；恐惧组患者FES-I评分与SAS评分、SDS评分呈负相关，与TFI评分呈正相关，（P<0.05）。结论 老年终末期肾脏病患者跌倒恐惧心理较为常见，并且跌倒恐惧心理与患者负性情绪以及衰弱有明显联系。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective To explore the relationship between fear of falling and negative emotions and debilitation in elderly patients with end-stage renal disease. Methods Eighty-four elderly patients with end-stage renal disease from January 2020 to December 2021 were included in this study. The international version of the Falls Efficacy Scale (FES-I) was used for psychological evaluation of fear of falling. There was a fear group and a no-fear group according to the evaluation results. The anxiety self-assessment scale (SAS), depression self-assessment scale (SDS), and Tilburg Frailty Inventory (TFI) were compared between the two groups. The correlation between FES-I scores and SAS scores, SDS scores, and TFI scores was analyzed. Results Eighty-four elderly patients with end-stage renal disease had FES-I scores (23.38±4.92), including 34 cases in the fear group and 50 cases in the no-fear group. SAS scores and SDS scores were significantly higher in the fear group than in the no-fear group (P<0.05). The TFI scale somatic, psychological and social scores as well as the total score were significantly lower in the fear group than in the no-fear group (P<0.05). FES-I scores were negatively correlated with SAS scores and SDS scores and positively correlated with TFI scores in the fear group (P<0.05). Conclusion Fear of falling is more common in elderly patients with end-stage renal disease, and fear of falling is significantly associated with negative emotions and debilitation in patients.
