摘要 目的:探究老年2型糖尿病合并抑郁患者应用结构和心理授权健康教育模式对血糖水平、不良心理状态及自我效能感的影响。方法:择取我院于2021年5月至2022年10月期间收治的102例老年2型糖尿病合并抑郁患者作为研究对象,以抽签法进行分组。对照组51例给予常规健康教育,实验组51例给予结构和心理授权健康教育模式。4周后,对比两组患者血糖水平、不良心理状态及自我效能感。结果:实验组患者空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者自我决策、自我减压、正性态度分值均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:结构和心理授权健康教育模式能够有效降低老年2型糖尿病合并抑郁患者血糖水平,改善不良心理状态及自我效能感。
Abstract
Abstract Objective: To explore the effects of structure and psychological empowerment health education on blood glucose level, adverse mental state and self-efficacy in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with depression. Methods: A total of 102 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and depression admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to October 2022 were selected as research objects, and divided into groups by lottery method. Fifty-one cases in the control group were given routine health education, and 51 cases in the observation group were given structural and psychological empowerment health education mode. After 4 weeks, blood glucose levels, adverse psychological status and self-efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results: Fasting blood glucose, 2h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels in observation group were lower than those in control group (P < 0.05). The scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) in observation group were lower than those in control group (P < 0.05); The scores of self-decision making, self-decompression and positive attitude in observation group were higher than those in control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion:The structural and psychological empowerment health education model can effectively reduce the blood glucose level in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and depression, improve the adverse mental state and self-efficacy.
