【摘要】探讨强化细节管理对ICU患者环境压力源及负性情绪的影响。方法 本研究对象为2021年2月~2022年2月我院100例ICU重症患者，数字表法随机分为两组，对照组给予基础护理，观察组在基础护理基础上强化细节管理。评估干预前后ICU环境压力源量表（ICUESS）以及汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）、抑郁自评量表（HAMD），记录并发症发生情况。结果 干预后两组ICUESS量表中人文环境、物理环境、治疗环境、自我感觉评分均显著降低，且干预后观察组各项评分显著低于对照组，（P<0.05）；干预后两组HAMA评分、HAMD评分均显著降低，且干预后观察组两项评分均显著低于对照组，（P<0.05）；观察组谵妄、睡眠障碍发生率显著低于对照组，（P<0.05）。结论 强化细节管理能够显著降低ICU患者住院期间的环境压力源，并减轻焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪，降低相关并发症发生率。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of intensive detail management on environmental stressors and negative emotions in ICU patients. Methods A total of 100 critically ill ICU patients in our hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were the subjects of this study. They were randomly divided into two groups by digital table method. The control group was given basic nursing care, and the observation group was given detailed management based on basic nursing. The ICU Environmental Stressor Scale (ICUESS), Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA), and Self-Rating Depression Scale (HAMD) were evaluated before and after the intervention, and complications were recorded. Results After the intervention, the scores of humanistic environment, physical environment, treatment environment and self-perception of the ICUESS scale in the two groups were significantly decreased, and the scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group after the intervention (P<0.05). After the intervention, the HAMA score and HAMD score in the two groups were significantly decreased, and the two scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after the intervention (P<0.05). The incidence of delirium and sleep disturbance in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Strengthening detailed management can significantly reduce the environmental stressors of ICU patients during hospitalization, reduce negative emotions such as anxiety and depression, and reduce the incidence of related complications.
