摘要
非自杀性自伤(Non-suicidal self-injury,NSSI)行为是一类广泛而普遍的公共卫生问题,在世界范围内患病率均较高。然而,目前对NSSI的治疗手段较为缺乏。本文从神经调控技术角度出发,探讨NSSI行为可能的新型治疗方法。既往文献表明电惊厥治疗(electroconvulsive therapy,ECT)、重复经颅磁刺激(repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation,rTMS)、经颅直流电刺激(transcranial direct current stimulation,tDCS)、迷走神经刺激(vagus nervi stimulation,VNS)或深部脑组织刺激(deep brain stimulation,DBS)对NSSI行为可能有效,且临床副作用较少。但仍需大规模随机对照试验来评估其有效性及安全性,同时探索其合适的治疗靶点、刺激参数及作用机制。
Abstract
Non-suicidal self-injury (NSSI) is a very common public health problem, and its prevalence is very high all over the world. However, there is still a lack of treatment for NSSI. In this paper, from the perspective of neural regulation technology, the possible new therapeutic methods for NSSI treatment were discussed. Previous literature had shown that Electroconvulsive therapy (ECT), repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS), transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS), vagus nervi stimulation (VNS), or deep brain stimulation (DBS) may be effective for NSSI behavior with fewer clinical side effects. However, large-scale randomized controlled trials are still needed to evaluate its efficacy and safety, and to explore appropriate therapeutic targets, stimulus parameters and mechanisms of action.
