[Abstract]Objective:To analyze the effects of comprehensive rehabilitation training combined with pharmacotherapy on dysphoria, compliance and quality of life in patients with severe mental disorders. Methods: Ninety patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from February 2022 to January 2023 were divided into a control group (n=45) and an observation group (n=45), and the control group was given conventional medication and the observation group was given comprehensive rehabilitation training combined with medication to compare the efficacy and compliance of the two groups. Changes in bad mood (SCL-90) and quality of life (SCL-90 and GQOLI-74) were compared. Results: The total effective rate of treatment was 86.67% and 68.89% in the observation group and control group patients, respectively, and the total effective rate of treatment was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group (P < 0.05). The bad mood of patients in both groups improved significantly after treatment, in which the bad mood of patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The total compliance rates of patients in the observation group and control group were 91.11% and 71.11%, respectively, and the total compliance rate of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The quality of life of patients in the two groups improved significantly after treatment, in which the GQOLI-74 scale components of somatic function, psychological function, environmental function and material function of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Suicidal ideation improved significantly in both groups after treatment, in which the components of the suicide ideation self-rating scale such as despair, sleep, optimism, and masking were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The combination of comprehensive rehabilitation training and pharmacotherapy for schizophrenia patients can effectively alleviate adverse emotions, improve patients compliance, and enhance patients quality of life and treatment effects, and can be promoted in clinical practice.
