摘要	精神障碍患者的暴力攻击行为与基因、神经递质、内分泌激素等多项生理学因素均有关联，且具有突发性及强破坏性，根据现有研究显示，精神障碍患者暴力攻击行为是正常人群的4-7倍，因此，对精神障碍患者暴力攻击行为的易感因素进行分析是探寻其机制的重要途经，本文从基因、激素水平、神经递质功能等多种方向探讨并总结精神障碍患者暴力攻击行为的影响因素及目前研究进展。
Abstract	The violent aggressive behaviour of patients with mental disorders is related to genes, neurotransmitters, endocrine hormones and other physiological factors, and has a sudden and strong destructive, according to the existing research, the violent aggressive behaviour of patients with mental disorders is 4-7 times higher than that of the normal population, so the analysis of the susceptibility factors of the violent aggressive behaviour of patients with mental disorders is an important way to explore the mechanism of this paper from the genes, Hormone levels, neurotransmitter function and other directions to explore and summarise the influencing factors of violent aggression in patients with mental disorders and the current research progress.
