【摘要】探究帕罗西汀联合整合式心理疗法对抑郁症患者的效果及对社会功能、心理状态的影响。方法 选取我院2021年2月-2023年1月期间93例抑郁症患者，根据抽签法分组。对照组46例给予整合式心理疗法干预，观察组47例增加帕罗西汀治疗，对比两组心理状态：汉密尔顿抑郁量表（Hamilton Depression Rating Scale，HAMD）、自杀态度问卷（Questionnaire of suicide attitude，QSA）；社会功能：精神障碍患者社会功能缺损评定量表（Scale of Social Function Deficit forMantal Disorders，SSFD-MD）各项评分；生存质量：世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表（The World Health Organization Quality of Life-BREF，WHOQOL-BREF）各项评分。结果：治疗后观察组HAMD评分低于对照组，QSA评分、SSFD-MD、WHOQOL-BREF各项评分高于对照组，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论：帕罗西汀联合整合式心理疗法对抑郁症患者治疗， 可有效改善心理状态、社会功能，提高生存质量。

| Abstract |
【 Abstract 】 Objective To explore the effect of paroxetine combined with integrated psychotherapy on patients with depression and its influence on social function and psychological state. Methods 93 patients with depression in our hospital from February 2021 to January 2023 were selected and divided into groups according to the lottery method. The control group (46 cases) received integrated psychotherapy intervention, and the observation group (47 cases) received paroxetine treatment. The psychological states of the two groups were compared: Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) and suicide Attitude Questionnaire (QSA); Social function: Scores of the Social Impairment Rating Scale (SSFD-MD) for patients with mental disorders; Quality of life: Scores of the World Health Organization Quality of Life Measurement Scale (WHOQOL-BREF). Results: After treatment, HAMD score of observation group was lower than control group, QSA score, SSFD-MD, WHOQOL-BREF scores were higher than control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: Paroxetine combined with integrated psychotherapy can effectively improve mental state, social function and quality of life in patients with depression.
