综合心理护理干预下辅助生殖技术患者焦虑与预后影响探讨

【摘要】目的：探讨在辅助生殖技术展开过程中，为患者提供综合心理护理干预的价值。方法：在随机情况下选择2021年1月~2022年3月这一时间范围内，在我院接受辅助生殖技术的60例患者，以住院号单双数分组后每组30例，对照组实施常规护理，观察组实施综合心理护理干预。评估两组焦虑及抑郁状态评分、幸福感、应对方式，同时记录妊娠成功率、胚胎优质率、流产率。结果：观察组30例患者经综合心理护理干预后，记录的妊娠成功率（83.33%）、胚胎优质率（86.67%），较对照组升高；流产率（6.67%）较对照组降低（P<0.05）；观察组记录的焦虑、抑郁评分结果，较对照组呈现降低趋势（P<0.05）；观察组记录的幸福感评分结果，较对照组升高（P<0.05）；观察组记录的应对方式中面对评分，较对照组升高；回避、屈服评分，较对照组降低（P<0.05）。结论：在实施辅助生殖技术中，为患者提供综合心理护理干预方案，可明显改善其焦虑、抑郁状态，亦可引导患者正确面对，达到提高妊娠成功率的目的。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective: To explore the value of comprehensive psychological nursing intervention for patients during the development of assisted reproductive technology. Methods: 60 patients who received assisted reproductive technology in our hospital from January 2021 to March 2022 were randomly selected, and 30 patients in each group were divided into single and double groups according to the hospitalization number. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received comprehensive psychological nursing intervention. The scores of anxiety and depression, happiness and coping style were evaluated in the two groups, and the pregnancy success rate, embryo quality rate and abortion rate were recorded. Results: After comprehensive psychological nursing intervention, the pregnancy success rate (83.33%) and embryo quality rate (86.67%) of 30 patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group; The abortion rate (6.67%) was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05); The scores of anxiety and depression recorded in the observation group showed a downward trend compared to the control group (P<0.05); The score of happiness recorded in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05); The face score recorded in the observation group was higher than that in the control group; The scores of avoidance and yield were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: In the implementation of assisted reproductive technology, providing comprehensive psychological nursing intervention program for patients can significantly improve their anxiety and depression, and can also guide patients to face correctly to achieve the goal of improving the pregnancy success rate.
