【摘要】目的：分析喹硫平和氟哌啶醇治疗精神分裂症的临床效果及对患者的抑郁、焦虑情绪的影响。方法：利用EXCEL表统计遴选本院治疗的80例精神分裂症患者作为研究目标，随机分为参照组（n=54）、试验组（n=54），统计时间为2021年1月至2023年1月，参照组40例患者采纳氟哌啶醇治疗，试验组40例患者采纳喹硫平治疗，对比两组临床疗效、阳性和阴性症状量表(positive and negative symptoms scale, PANSS)评分、不良反应总发生率、汉密尔顿焦虑量表( Hamilton anxiety scale, HAMA)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表( Hamilton depression scale, HAMD)评分。结果：试验组临床总有效率（95.00%）高于参照组（77.50%）试验组治疗后PANSS评分、HAMA评分、HAMD评分均低于参照组，试验组与参照组相比不良反应总发生率较低（P＜0.05）。结论：喹硫平可有效改善精神分裂症患者精神症状，减轻抑郁、焦虑等消极情绪，且不良反应较少。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective: To analyze the clinical effects of quetiapine and haloperidol in the treatment of schizophrenia and their effects on depression and anxiety. Methods: 80 schizophrenic patients treated in our hospital were selected as the research objectives by Excel. They were randomly divided into reference group (n=54) and test group (n=54). The statistical time was from January 2021 to January 2023. 40 patients in the reference group were treated with haloperidol and 40 patients in the test group were treated with quetiapine. The clinical efficacy, positive and negative symptom scales of the two groups were compared. Results: the clinical total effective rate of the experimental group (95.00%) was higher than that of the reference group (77.50%) After treatment, PANSS score, HAMA score and HAMD score in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group, and the total incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group (P<0.05). Conclusion: quetiapine can effectively improve the mental symptoms of schizophrenic patients, reduce depression, anxiety and other negative emotions, and there are fewer adverse reactions.
