[Abstract] Objective: To observe and analyze the psychosocial factors of patients with recurrent abortion, and provide reference for clinical targeted intervention. Methods: From January 2021 to February 2023, 100 patients with miscarriage were included as clinical research subjects. According to the diagnostic criteria for recurrent miscarriage, 32 patients with recurrent miscarriage were included in the observation group, and the other 68 patients with non recurrent miscarriage were included in the routine group. The medical records of all patients with miscarriage were collected, and the related factors of recurrent miscarriage were analyzed using Logistic. Results: Social and psychological related factors such as age ≥ 35 years old, educational level ≥ high school, long-term mental labor, long-term exposure to lampblack, makeup ≥ 3 times per week, sleep duration<8 hours at night, sexual life<5 times per month, social tension, introversion, depression, anxiety, etc. were closely related to the occurrence of recurrent abortion (P<0.05). Conclusion: The psychosocial factors related to recurrent abortion involve many aspects, which should be paid attention to during clinical intervention.
