Methods From June 2021 to June 2022, 64 patients with cerebral hemorrhage in rehabilitation stage were collected for research. Based on the method of random number table, they were reasonably divided into control group and observation group. There were 32 patients in each group. The former group received routine nursing, and the latter group received auxiliary psychological nursing; The patients negative emotions and resilience were assessed with Self Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), Self Rating Depression Scale (SDS) and Resilience Scale (CD RISC). The quality of life was assessed with the Simple Health Status Questionnaire (SF-36). Nursing satisfaction was investigated in the form of questionnaires. The above data were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05); Compared the CD RISC scores of the two groups before intervention (P>0.05), after intervention, the CD RISC scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05); Compared with the quality of life (SF-36) before intervention, the score of patients after intervention was significantly higher, and that of the observation group was higher (P<0.05); Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Psychological nursing for patients with cerebral hemorrhage in the rehabilitation period, on the one hand, is conducive to improving the mental health of patients, actively eliminating anxiety and depression, and enhancing psychological resilience, on the other hand, it plays a positive role in comprehensively improving the quality of life, better meeting the needs of patients and improving their satisfaction, and achieving good prognosis.
