摘要	抑郁症是一种严重和危及生命的疾病，是全球疾病和残疾的主要原因之一。抑郁症的治疗目前仍以药物治疗为主，然而，药物治疗有一些副作用，因此需要更安全的治疗。重复经颅磁刺激是一种新型、无痛、无创、操作方便、非常安全的神经电生理技术。而今，越来越多的研究聚焦于重复经颅磁刺激与抑郁症及相关疾病的治疗中，本文就抑郁症治疗中重复经颅磁刺激的重要作用作出综述，并简要说明其涉及的生物标志物。
Abstract	Depression is a serious and life-threatening condition that is one of the leading causes of illness and disability worldwide. The treatment of depression is still dominated by medication, however, medication has some side effects, so safer treatments are needed. Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) is a new, painless, non-invasive, easy to operate and very safe neuroelectrophysiological technique. Today, more and more studies focus on the role of repetitive TMS in the treatment of depression and related disorders. This article reviews the important role of repetitive TMS in the treatment of depression and briefly describes the biomarkers involved.
