【摘要】目的：肾结石手术后围术期焦虑、抑郁现状及相关影响因素分析。方法：选取2022年1月—2023年1月在医院住院治疗的504例肾结石手术患者作为调查对象，采用问卷和医院焦虑抑郁量表（Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale，HADS）进行调查。通过单因素及多因素线性回归分析肾结石手术患者焦虑、抑郁的影响因素。结果：单因素分析结果显示，年龄、居住地、文化程度、收支状况、疾病情况等是影响肾结石手术患者焦虑、抑郁的因素（P<0.05）。多元线性回归结果表明，肾结石手术患者焦虑状态中，家庭可支配收入高、文化程度为保护性因素，独居为危险因素(P＜0.05)。结论：肾结石手术患者发生焦虑、抑郁的情况较为严重，家庭成员和医护人员要结合实际因素加强理解和保护。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective: To analyze the current status and related influencing factors of perioperative anxiety and depression after kidney stone surgery. Methods: 504 patients who underwent kidney stone surgery and were hospitalized in hospitals from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the survey subjects. A questionnaire and the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS) were used for the survey. Analyze the influencing factors of anxiety and depression in patients undergoing kidney stone surgery through single factor and multiple factor linear regression. Results: The results of univariate analysis showed that age, place of residence, education level, income and expenditure status, and disease status were the factors affecting anxiety and depression in patients undergoing kidney stone surgery (P<0.05). The results of multiple linear regression showed that in the anxiety state of patients undergoing kidney stone surgery, high family disposable income and educational level were protective factors, while living alone was a risk factor (P<0.05). Conclusion: Anxiety and depression are more severe in patients undergoing kidney stone surgery. Family members and medical staff should strengthen their understanding and protection based on actual factors.
