Alzheimers disease is a complex and heterogeneous severe neurodegenerative disease that is the main form of dementia. According to the age of onset, it can be divided into early-onset and late-onset, and their genes are different. The pathogenesis of Alzheimers disease has always been an important topic in psychiatry, and the early diagnosis and intervention of Alzheimers disease has become one of the hot topics in recent years. This article reviews the pathogenic genes, risk genes and related drug genes of Alzheimers disease, in order to provide reference for subsequent research.
