【摘要】目的：评估针刺+盐酸舍曲林片、单纯盐酸舍曲林片应用在肿瘤相关性抑郁（CRD）患者中的临床效果。方法：纳入2021年1月—2022年6月的90例CRD患者，参照随机数字表法划分对照组（纳入45例，采用盐酸舍曲林片）、观察组（纳入45例，采用针刺+盐酸舍曲林片），评价组间汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）、癌症疲乏量表（CFS）、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI）、免疫细胞因子、健康调查量表36（SF-36）。结果：治疗4周后，观察组HAMD、SDS、CFS、PSQI、转化生长因子β（TGF-β）、白细胞介素-4（IL-4）更低，γ干扰素（IFN-γ）、SF-36更高，P<0.05。结论：对CRD患者采用针刺+盐酸舍曲林片，可以调节免疫细胞因子表达，缓解抑郁状态，减轻疲乏感、睡眠障碍，提高生活质量，值得推广。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with sertraline hydrochloride tablets and simple sertraline hydrochloride tablets in patients with tumor related depression (CRD). Method: 90 CRD patients from January 2021 to June 2022 were included and divided into a control group (45 cases included, using sertraline hydrochloride tablets) and an observation group (45 cases included, using acupuncture and sertraline hydrochloride tablets) using a random number table method. The Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD), Self Rating Depression Scale (SDS), Cancer Fatigue Scale (CFS), Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), immune cytokines were evaluated between the groups Health Survey Scale 36 (SF-36). Result: After 4 weeks of treatment, the observation group had HAMD, SDS, CFS, PSQI, and transforming growth factor β (TGF- β）、 Interleukin-4 (IL-4) is lower, γ Interferon (IFN- γ）、 SF-36 is higher, P<0.05. Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with sertraline hydrochloride tablets can regulate the expression of immune cytokines, alleviate depression, alleviate fatigue and sleep disorders, and improve quality of life in CRD patients. It is worth promoting.
