摘要
目的:观察脑电生物反馈疗法对抑郁症伴睡眠障碍患者的影响。方法:选择于医院治疗的84例抑郁症伴睡眠障碍患者,2021年1月-2022年11月病例入组,分组方式为随机数字表法,常规组42例,给予常规西医治疗,探究组42例,在常规西医治疗基础上给予患者脑电生物反馈疗法治疗。治疗前、后检测两组患者睡眠质量:睡眠效率、慢波睡眠(III+IV期)占比;检测脑电图指标:失匹配负波(MMN)的潜伏期,给予患者罗森伯格自尊量表(SES)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评价,比较常规组及探究组临床疗效。结果:探究组III+IV期占比、睡眠效率较常规组明显高(P<0.05);探究组患者MMN的潜伏期低于常规组(P<0.05);探究组患者HAMD评分低于常规组,SES评分、总有效率高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:脑电生物反馈疗法治疗抑郁症伴睡眠障碍患者,可改善患者睡眠质量及脑电图指标,提升患者自尊水平及临床疗效。
Abstract
Objective: To observe the effect of EEG biofeedback therapy on patients with depression and sleep disorders.Method: A total of 84 patients with depression and sleep disorders who were treated in hospital were selected and enrolled from January 2021 to November 2022 by random number table method. 42 patients in the conventional group were given conventional Western medicine treatment, while 42 patients in the exploration group were given EEG biofeedback therapy on the basis of conventional Western medicine treatment. Before and after treatment, sleep quality of patients in two groups was detected: sleep efficiency, proportion of slow-wave sleep (III+IV); Eeg indicators were detected: incubation period of mismatched negative wave (MMN). Rosenberg Self-esteem Scale (SES) and Hamilton Depression Scale were evaluated, and clinical efficacy was compared between the conventional group and the inquiry group.Results: The proportion of phase III+IV and sleep efficiency in the study group were significantly higher than those in the conventional group (P < 0.05). The incubation period of MMN in the exploration group was lower than that in the conventional group (P < 0.05). HAMD score in the inquiry group was lower than that in the conventional group, SES score and total effective rate were higher than that in the conventional group (P < 0.05).Conclusion:Eeg biofeedback therapy in the treatment of patients with depression and sleep disorders can improve their sleep quality, EEG indicators, self-esteem and clinical efficacy
