Objective: To explore the nursing methods and specific effects of the improved gastric tube fixation method. Methods: A total of 60 patients with indwelling gastric tube in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 30 patients in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with conventional nursing methods, while patients in the observation group were treated with targeted nursing. The clinical nursing effects of these two methods were compared. Results: After data analysis, it can be found that the incidence of gastric tube displacement, gastric tube prolapse, nursing comfort, and nursing satisfaction in the observation group are significantly different from those in the control group, and there are statistics. Academic significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: The use of targeted nursing intervention when implementing the improved gastric tube fixation method can significantly improve the fixation effect of the patients gastric tube and effectively prevent the occurrence of gastric tube displacement and gastric tube prolapse. And make the patients nursing comfort and nursing satisfaction have been better improved, it is worthy of further promotion in future clinical work.
