利巴韦林联合小儿豉翘清热颗粒治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的临床研究

| 摘要 |
对利巴韦林联合小儿豉翘清热颗粒对小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的治疗效果进行分析。方法 研究将本院收治的70例疱疹性咽峡炎患儿纳入到本次对比实验中，将其采用数字分组法随机分为对照组和观察组分别35例，在研究中分别应用利巴韦林治疗和利巴韦林基础上结合小儿豉翘清热颗粒进行治疗，对比两组患儿的治疗效果。结果 经对比发现，观察组患儿的治疗效果显著高于对照组，组间差异显著，符合统计学意义的评判标准（P＜0.05）。结论 于小儿疱疹性咽峡炎患儿治疗期间采用利巴韦林和小儿豉翘清热颗粒可以有效的提升治疗效果，改善其症状。

| Abstract |
Objective: To analyze the therapeutic effect of ribavirin combined with Xiaoer Liaoqiao Qingre Granules on herpetic angina in children. Methods: The study included 70 children with herpetic angina who were admitted to this hospital into this comparative experiment. They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 35 cases by number grouping method. Lipa was used in the study. On the basis of warin treatment and ribavirin, combined with Xiaoer Liaoqiao Qingre Granules, the treatment effects of the two groups of children were compared. Results: After comparison, it was found that the treatment effect of children in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference between the groups was significant, which met the criteria of statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: The use of ribavirin and Xiaoer Liaoqiao Qingre Granules during the treatment of children with herpetic angina can effectively enhance the therapeutic effect and improve the symptoms.
